We make all of our food from fresh, local ingredients, every day in our kitchens. no nasties, no additives, no shortcuts.
We grind our own spices by hand and hire expertly trained chefs to cook in our clay oven. Each dish is made as the order comes through, so it’ll come out as and when it’s ready.
