Water Lane Boathouse has a long and rich history. Built in the early 1800’s, the building is situated at Lock Number One on Canal Wharf and was originally a shipment warehouse for the Leeds to Liverpool canal, later becoming a granary storehouse for threshed grain.
Fast forward to the present day, and the building has been restored and transformed into a cozy pub for locals and visitors alike. We offer a great selection of drinks, delicious food, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stop by today for an unforgettable experience.
